In Syracuse:
Zone 1 is defined as any trip that is less than six (6) miles from origin to destination.
Zone 2 is defined as any trip that is six (6) miles or more from origin to destination.
Your Call-A-Bus Transportation Coordinator can tell you the exact fare of your trip at the time you make your trip request.
Fares may be paid with exact change or a single ride Call-A-Bus transit pass.
In Utica and Rome:
10-ride passes for Call-A-Bus users are available. The cost in Utica is $20.00. The cost in Rome is $15.00.
Centro debit cards are not useable on all Call-A-Bus service vehicles and customers should carry exact change.
Centro's unlimited ride or ten-trip transit passes may not be used for Call-A-Bus rides.
Call-A-Bus does not accept checks, Medicare, Medicaid or other agency vouchers at the time of service.
