CERTIFICATION

A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Unified Certification Program (NYSUCP) has been established in New York State (NYS) in accordance with Title 49 Part 26 of the Code Of Federal Regulations (49 CFR Part 26) to provide “one-stop shopping” for DBE firms. An applicant is required to apply only once for a DBE certification that will be honored by all those who receive Federal funding in the State.
