CNY Centro, Inc. is a New York State Public Benefit Corporation Subsidiary of Central New York Regional Transportation Authority (“CNYRTA”). New York State law requires that members of the public have an opportunity to comment on the rules and regulations proposed by CNYRTA before such rules may be published in the State Register. Below is a list of proposed rules and regulations on which public comment may be made. - Syracuse Downtown Transfer Hub First Amendment Regulations
This proposed Rule sets forth the regulations governing First Amendment Activity in or on property owned and controlled by CNY Centro, Inc., a New York State Public Benefit Corporation Subsidiary of Central New York Regional Transportation Authority (“CNYRTA”), located at 599 S. Salina Street, Syracuse, New York, 13202 and commonly referred to as the Syracuse Downtown Transfer Hub. The proposed Rule implements an application and permit process whereby applicants may engage in certain First Amendment Activity subject to reasonable time, place and manner restrictions.
