The William F. Walsh Regional Transportation Center (RTC) is Central New York’s one-stop transportation center connecting to both regional train & bus services.

The RTC is accessible by Centro 7 days a week. Please consult your local schedules for Centro’s arrival and departure times to/from the RTC.

Connecting Service


Parking is available in the paved parking lot located directly in front of the main entrance of the Regional Transportation Center. Short-term parking customers may park for FREE for the first hour.  All other vehicles requiring a longer stay may be parked for a fee of $8.00 per day.  Customers may pay with cash or credit card at automated gates as they leave the parking lot, or at the automated validation machine located next to the Centro Information Booth inside the RTC.


Security patrols all Centro parking lots, however parking is at your own risk. The Regional Transportation Center is not responsible for any theft or damage to your vehicle.  Please lock your vehicle and keep valued items out of sight.
