Regular monthly CNYRTA Board meetings are usually held in the CNYRTA Board Room (200 Cortland Ave., Syracuse, 13202 - main entrance on Tallman St.) on the 4th Friday of each month starting at 9:30, 10:00 or 10:30 a.m., depending on the number of committee meetings scheduled beforehand. Committee meetings are usually held immediately prior to the regular meetings, as necessary. At minimum, an Audit & Finance Committee meeting is held each month prior to the Regular Monthly Meeting. Legal, Personnel, Pension and Governance are other committees that typically meet multiple times per year.
The date of a particular regular monthly meeting may be modified from the normal 4th Friday due to national holidays, typically Thanksgiving and Christmas. The starting time of a particular regular monthly meeting may vary as noted above based on the number and anticipated complexity of committee meetings, or other special situations. Specific times, dates and types of meetings which are either anticipated or have been formally scheduled for the upcoming month are listed in the box below.
Documents relative to each Regular Monthly Meeting will be posted to this area prior to the meeting. The agenda may be amended by the addition, modification or deletion of items for discussion. Follow the instructions below the meeting schedule box to access these meetings via the Internet webcast.
