Regular monthly CNYRTA Board meetings are usually held on the 4th Friday of each month starting at 9:30, 10:00 or 10:30 AM, depending on the number of committee meetings scheduled beforehand. Board committee meetings usually are held just prior to the regular meetings, as necessary. At minimum, an Audit & Finance Committee Meeting is held each month prior to the Regular Monthly Meeting.
The date and time of the Regular meeting may be modified due to national holidays, multiple committee meetings or other special situations.

Therefore, you will get either a "page cannot be displayed" screen or a blank page if you attempt to link to it at those times. The camera will also be turned off during any Executive Session. When each Executive Session is concluded, the camera will be reactivated and any action taken during such Executive Session will be publicly announced.
