Conditions of Use
1. Lost, stolen, or destroyed passes cannot be replaced. The price of this
pass is not refundable. Passes are not transferable.
2. Do not fold or bend. The magnetic strip will be damaged and cause the
fare box to reject the pass.
3. All Unlimited ride passes are activated the first time used, and are valid for unlimited
rides through expiration date, which will be printed on the back of the pass after its first use.

 

Centro Store Pass Sales Agreement and Terms

Before you can order passes via Centro Store ("the Service"), you must read and agree to the Subscriber Agreement and conditions set forth below. By joining this Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement in their entirety.

 

1. CENTRO STORE: TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CREDIT CARD / PRE-AUTHORIZED DEBIT
I hereby authorize CNYRTA (Centro) to enroll me in the Centro Store. I understand the terms and conditions described below. I authorize and instruct Centro to charge the amount of my Centro pass to my designated credit card. The amount to be charged, set forth on my invoice, shall be sent by Centro to M & T Bank for processing with the appropriate credit or check card company or bank, which I identify, at the time I place my order. I understand and agree that Centro is not liable in any way for erroneous bills or incorrect charges to my credit card accounts and/or debits to my checking account, and that should an error in the bill occur, Centro’s sole responsibility is to correct it, when and if it receives written notice of the error, with proper documentation, from me. My participation is subject to the approval of Centro and of the participating financial institution. I am responsible for any charges imposed by my bank or credit card company for exceeding my account limits or overdrawing my account.


2. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
In consideration of my use of Centro Store, I agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about myself as prompted by the Centro Store registration form and (b) maintain and promptly update the data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If I provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if Centro has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Centro retains the right to suspend or terminate my Centro Store account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). Providing and maintaining accurate and complete data is my responsibility. I am solely responsible for the information pertaining to my account and email address and should print or otherwise maintain the specific information of my Centro Store account in the event computer failure causes a loss of data on my part or on servers maintained by Centro Store.

I will receive a user account and password during the registration process. I am responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and am fully responsible for all activities that occur under my password or account. I agree to (a) immediately notify Centro of any unauthorized use of my password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that I exit from my account at the end of each session. Centro is not liable for any loss or damage arising from my failure to comply.

If any breach of security, theft or loss of password, or unauthorized disclosure of password occurs, I must immediately notify Centro of said security breach. I will remain liable for unauthorized use of Service until I notify Centro of the security breach by email or telephone by calling the contacts set forth in section 9 of this Agreement.


3. PROCESSING FEE / TRANSACTION LIMIT
I understand that a non-refundable processing fee will be assessed for each order I place. The processing fee will be 75 cents, plus 2% of the value of the order.  Ex: A $60.00 pass would include a fee of 75 cents plus $1.20 for a total of $61.95. I agree to pay this fee, along with the applicable fare for my pass order in accordance with the payment terms below. I understand that this processing fee will be assessed even though I may return the pass unused and agree to pay that fee in the event my pass is returned to Centro. I acknowledge that I have been given the option to cancel my account to avoid incurring this fee.

I understand that a limit of $300.00 (plus processing fee) will be set on all transactions.  Larger orders must be placed by phone 315-442-3342.

4. TERMINATION
I agree that Centro in its sole discretion may terminate my password, account (or any part thereof), or use of the Service, and remove and discard any content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Centro believes that I have violated the terms of this Agreement.

I agree that any termination of my access to the Service under any provision of this Agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Centro may deactivate or delete my account and all related information and files in my account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, I agree that Centro shall not be liable to me or any third-party for any termination of this Agreement or my access to the Service.

Centro may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof and will notify me prior to such termination.


5. CANCELLATION
At any time, and for any reason, I may cancel my access to the Service by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone at the address and telephone numbers set forth in section 10 of this Agreement. Accounts can be cancelled online at the bottom of the Account Summary screen.

I am liable for charges incurred by me until the date of cancellation of Service.

If I request cancellation or request a refund from my bank or card issuer due to unauthorized or fraudulent use, Centro can at its discretion, to prevent further unauthorized use, block my account or card from use on Centro.org.


6. CREDITS/REFUNDS/RETURNED PASSES:
Should a pass be returned to Centro, any applicable credits will be applied toward Centro fare media. Centro will not provide cash refunds.

7. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

8. NOTICE
Notices by Centro to subscribers may be given by means of electronic messages through the site, by a general posting on the site, or by conventional mail.

Notices by subscribers may be given by electronic messages, conventional mail or telephone unless otherwise specified in the Agreement. All questions, complaints, or notices regarding Centro Store must be directed here. All cancellations of Service must be directed to Centro Online as shown in section 10 of this Agreement.
