Parking at the RTC

LONG TERM PARKING

If you will be parking your vehicle long term (maximum of two weeks), pull into Lot A - the gated lot.  The gate will go up as you approach it.  This lot is “pay as you leave”.  Before returning to your car, purchase a token for $5 at the Centro Information/Tourism desk, located in the main bus lobby.  Tokens can also be purchased from the machines located between the double doors at both entrances.  These machines do not make change or accept credit cards.  When exiting the gate, insert the token in the “Token Only” slot.  The $5 fee is the cost for each visit to the Regional Transportation Center, and covers your entire stay.  If Lot A is full, turn left into Lot C -  the stone lot.  Parking in this lot is free. However, you may only park in this lot when Lot A is full.

SHORT TERM PARKING

Lot B – located directly to your right after entering the Regional Transportation Center, should be used if you are dropping off or picking up customers of our facility.  Parking in this Lot is free and is not to exceed 30 minutes.  If Lot B is full, you may park short term in Lot C.

SECURITY

Security patrols all parking lots.  However, parking is at your own risk.  The Regional Transportation Center is not responsible for any theft or damage to your vehicle.  Lock your vehicle and keep valued items out of sight.

QUESTIONS

If you should have parking questions, please call 478-1936 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you.
