Syracuse University to Carousel Center Route 45 The Syracuse University to Carousel Center Route 45 service provides direct service connecting Syracuse University and Carousel Center on Friday and Saturday evenings. The service makes specific stops at College Place, Archbold Gymnasium, Stadium Place and Brewster-Boland dormitories. The service is free to all Syracuse University faculty and students who present a valid SU I.D. The service is open to the public. This service does not operate when the University is not in session.
