CITY OF OSWEGO Service in the City of Oswego is set up in linear routing, connecting the Oswego State Campus to the west and Oswego Plaza to the east via downtown Oswego. Customers can transfer to other Centro routes to Fulton, Mexico, Phoenix and Syracuse from downtown Oswego (Route 104 & West First St.). Centro also provides campus service for Oswego St. college.
