Route 388 Central Square Centro's Route 388 provides weekday service connecting Central Square, Brewerton, and Cicereo with downtown Syracuse. Morning and afternoon commuter trips provide additional service to the Onondaga County Civic Center, Upstate Medical University and Syracuse University.

All trips operate along Route 11 between Central Square and Wegman's Park-N-Ride in Cicero.
