Route 23 East Syracuse & Shoppingtown Centro's Route 23 provides direct service connecting East Syracuse and the Eastwood areas with downtown Syracuse with continuing service to Community Hospital and Onondaga Community College. This route also features service to Wal-Mart and Shoppingtown Mall.

There are three variations of this schedule providing different service within East Syracuse. All routes travel along James Street between Thompson Road and downtown Syracuse.
