Route 78 Fairmount West Genesee Centro's Route 78 provides direct service connecting the Fairmount Hills and Westvale neighborhoods with downtown Syracuse via West Genesee St. All trips include service to Fairmount Fair. Select trips feature service to St. Camillus, Bishop Ludden Apartments (weekdays only) and continuing service beyond downtown Syracuse to Syracuse University.
