Centro's Route 340 provides direct service connecting the Westcott University & Meadowbrook areas with Syracuse University and Downtown Syracuse. This includes service to Drumlins County Club and P & C Supermarket. Many midday weekday trips continue to Carousel Center and the Regional Transportation Center.
