Route 250 Hancock Airport/Hancock Air Park Centro's Routes 250 provides limited direct service connecting downtown Syracuse with Hancock International Airport, Hancock Air Park and the Regional Transportation Center with select service to the Department of Motor Vehicles Plaza on Taft Road.
