Centro's Routes 46 provides direct service connecting Liverpool and the Route 57 corridor with downtown Syracuse, with continuing service beyond downtown to the Onondaga County Civic Center, University Hill hospitals and Syracuse University. Select trips include service to Great Northern Mall, Casual Estates, Bayberry, Carousel Center and the Regional Transportation Center.
Park-N-Ride service is available from Seneca Mall and Wegmans on Route 57.
Weekday morning express service is provided from Casual Estates, Seneca Mall and Wegmans Park-N-Rides to downtown Syracuse, the Onondaga County Civic Center, University Hill hospitals and Syracuse University.
