Route 26 South Ave. Centro's Route 26 provides direct service connecting downtown Syracuse with Syracuse’s South Side community, extending to Onondaga Hill and Onondaga Community College (OCC) via South Ave. and West Seneca Turnpike.

This service includes express weekday commuter service to OCC from downtown Syracuse. Many trips interconnect with Centro’s Route 23 East Syracuse Service serving the James Street corridor providing direct service to OCC and Community Hospital and direct service from the South Side community to Wal-Mart and Shoppingtown Mall.
