Transit Employee Appreciation Day

Celebrating the Centro Employees that Keep Central New York Moving!

Centro’s front-line employees are moving millions of riders every year, helping us get where we need to go.

On March 18, we're celebrating those who are moving us forward and recognizing all they do.

Centro's Employees Across CNY

Take a moment to think about all the employees working hard across CNY including: Syracuse, Owego, Utica, Rome, Cortland and Auburn — all committed to keeping your trips on route!

While our bus drivers are the faces you see aboard our buses, Centro also has dedicated customer service representatives, trainers, maintenance staff, supervisors, operations staff, servicers, and office staff working hard to move our community forward.

Join Centro in saluting all of them on National Transit Employee Appreciation Day.

Appreciation Goes a Long Way!

National Transit Employee Appreciation Day is about more than just a day of recognition. It’s about bringing an attitude of gratitude on board every time you ride.

Did you notice a Centro employee do something small to make your ride better? Feel free to show your appreciation. A simple thank you may make their day!
March 18 isn’t the only day to be grateful. Any time of year is great to thank Centro’s front-line heroes. Keep the habit going all year round!
