Accessing/Updating Mobile Payment Cards

https://centro-prod.gfcp.io/efare/ to log-in or sign-up. To access your rider history, click "View and Pay Rides Taken By Using Credit Card", enter your card number, then select card activity on the left panel.
Releasing your Wallet
Ride passes purchased via the GoCentroBus mobile app may only be activated and accessed from one device at a time. If you switch devices and need to use your ride pass, you must release the wallet from the first device prior to using it on a secondary device. To do this, click the Passes icon located at the bottom of the app home screen. In the next screen, click the human shadow icon in the top-right corner. This will open the My Account page. Click "Release Wallet" and select "Yes" when asked if you’re sure you want to release the wallet from the device. You are now ready to use your ride pass on the secondary device. Repeat these steps if switching to an alternate device. If your device was lost or stolen and you need to release your wallet please call (315) 442-3342.
