Empower Federal Credit Union Amphitheater at Lakeview
Beginning Monday, June 8, 2026 Centro will provide bus service to the Empower Federal Credit Union Amphitheater at Lakeview.
Buses will operate continuously from Warren Street (across from the Centro Transit Hub in Downtown Syracuse) to the front circle/main gate of the Amphitheater. Service begins approximately 2 hours before each event and ends approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of each event.

Tap-to-Pay
Currently, when you tap your credit card, debit card, or mobile wallet to pay your fare, our system combines your ride charges throughout the day to keep processing efficient. You may notice a charge higher than $1 for the following reasons:
- Accumulated Rides: Tap to Pay transactions are processed and grouped together once your card reaches $10 in total ride charges.
- End-of-Day Settlement: If your total rides do not reach $10, all accumulated charges are processed automatically at the end of the day.
What to expect with our updated system:
- Same-Day Posting: Your transit transactions will post to your bank or credit card account on the same day you travel.
- Operational Alignment: Processing now matches our daily transit service operations rather than a 24-hour rolling clock.
- Statement Adjustments: You may notice a change in the exact time or day transactions appear on your financial statements.

**PLEASE NOTE: Centro will NOT be running direct service from the Syracuse Transit Hub to the Empower Federal Credit Union Amphitheater at Lakeview during the State Fair. However, there will be direct service from the Transit Hub to the State Fair.
Concertgoers in need of transportation to the Amphitheater during the Fair should board the Orange Lot Shuttle at the Main Gate. This shuttle will transport riders directly to the Amphitheater (Stop #4) starting at 4 pm. Shuttles will also be available to transport concert attendees from the Amphitheater to the State Fair Main Gate immediately following the concert.

Centro operates 2 unique services for SU Football home games:
Comstock & Colvin Lot Shuttles
Centro's Comstock Lot and Colvin Lot shuttles transport fans from the John A. Lally Athletics Complex to College Place on SU's campus. The shuttle service is free, however, parking permits are required.
Comstock ADA Accessible Shuttles
Centro provides shuttle service from Comstock to Gate A at the JMA Wireless Dome. The shuttle service is free, however, paid parking and medical condition tags are required.

Syracuse Mets - NBT Bank Stadium
Syracuse Mets fans can access NBT Bank Stadium via Centro's SY 16 N. Salina St bus line. Buses operate along Tex Simone Dr to the intersection with NBT Bank Pkwy where Centro's bus stop is located (next to the entrance to the main parking lot).
- Buses will drop-off and pick-up fans at the Tex Simone Dr bus stop ONLY. Please use the Regional Transportation Center time-points to approximate the arrival times at stop.
- Customers will need to return to the Tex Simone Dr bus stop and be aware of the schedule times for return service.
