Cayuga Community College (Auburn) students may ride for FREE* within the City of Auburn, Monday thru Saturday, all City routes (Aub 1-4), *when presenting a valid student ID with a transportation sticker. Not valid on 138 or 238 Auburn - Syracuse service.

Overview - Le Moyne College

Centro's 76 Salt Springs Rd route travels between Downtown Syracuse and Le Moyne College by way of E. Genesee Street, Salt Springs Road, and Springfield Road.


Overview - Onondaga Community College (OCC)

Centro provides daily service from Downtown Syracuse to the Onondaga Community College (OCC) campus. Service is provided via the 226 South Ave – OCC, 326 South Ave – High Acres, 526 South Ave – Valley Dr – OCC routes.

Additional trips on the 26 South Ave line are available from August through May when school is in session and are listed on the schedule.

Semester Pass

OCC Students can ride all Semester long for one low price! The OCC Semester Pass provides unlimited rides all semester long to currently enrolled OCC students. Semester Passes are valid within the Local (Syracuse) Zone*.

*Students traveling beyond the Local Zone will be required to pay an extension fare.
Simply insert your Semester Pass into the Farebox, show your valid OCC ID card to the driver and you're on your way!

OCC Semester Passes may be purchased at the OCC Bookstore. Ask about using excess financial aid to purchase a Pass.

Passes are ONLY valid during the following dates:

    - Fall Semester Passes: August 1 − December 31.

    - Spring Semester Passes: January 1 − May 31.
 

Discount Bus Passes

OCC students can save 20% off their bus fare when purchasing Centro Ride Passes at the Bookstore with their Lazer Card. Employees can also get discounted passes when purchasing Centro Ride Passes at the Human Resources office.

Centro provides daily service connecting SUNY XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
 


Overview - SUNY Oswego


Centro provides daily service connecting SUNY Oswego to the City of Oswego and surrounding neighborhoods. Centro also connects the Oswego campus to the SUNY Oswego Metro Center located in Downtown Syracuse as well as to the William F. Walsh Regional Transportation Center and to Destiny USA, one of the region's largest retail shopping centers.
 

On-Campus Transportation

 
Centro provides FREE* transportation across campus to SUNY Oswego students who show their valid SUNY Oswego ID.

Off-Campus Transportation


The SUNY Oswego Student Association sponsors off-campus transportation aboard Centro.  Students who show their valid SUNY Oswego ID with a Student Association sticker may:

  • Ride FREE within the City of Oswego
  • Ride for $2.00 (one-way) aboard the 246 Oswego - Syracuse route.

Overview - Syracuse University and SUNY ESF


Centro provides both on-campus and off-campus transit services for Syracuse University and SUNY ESF, as well as commuter service to the schools, making connections with the surrounding neighborhoods, residence halls, lecture halls, and campus sports complexes.

Centro also connects with the University's Downtown Syracuse complex known as the "Nancy Cantor Warehouse" via the 443 Connective Corridor service and to other popular destinations such as: shopping malls, grocery stores, and to the William F. Walsh Regional Transportation Center.

Fare Free Zone


Effective Monday, August 17, 2020 Syracuse University students and faculty may ride for free within the Sy140 SU - Thurber St, the Sy240 SU - Nob HIll Apts and the Sy340 SU – Drumlins Fare Free Zone, when showing their valid SU ID upon boarding.

The Fare Free Zone is defined by any Centro stop between the intersections of Harrison St / Irving Ave and ends at Brighton Ave / Ainsley Dr.

All SU Fare Free Zones operate every day, year-round. Any customer who does not show a proper SU ID will be required to pay the regular fare.

SU Men's Basketball Dome Shuttle


Centro provides free direct service to SU Men's Basketball home games from Lally Athletics Complex and Skytop parking lots. Service times vary depending on game time. Parking fees / tags apply. For more information, please contact Centro's Call Center at (315) 442-3400.
